Dont Make This Mistake Before Meeting Your Foreign Fiance
[I:http://www.single-nights.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/ArtSaborio0.jpg] This is something that you have probably heard a number of times, never send money to your fiance if you have not met her. Meet her many times before trusting her with any of your personal information or money.
Marrying someone from another country is stressful enough, yet you must understand she will need to see your entire life. This includes bank accounts, tax returns etc. She will need to carry and present these kinds of documents to the embassy officer during her interview. So make sure you trust this person fully.
There are a lot of stories of people trusting too much when dating someone from another country. If you do a Google search on Blacklisted Russian Women or Blacklisted Ukrainian Women, you will find over a million sites on just this topic.
What does the word Blacklisted Russian Woman or Blacklisted Ukrainian Woman mean? It is when a woman from a country other than the USA is reported as scamming money or visa help.
What you can expect from someone scamming you?
A scammer will have an immediate attraction to you. She will often immediately start using words like, I love you or lead you to believe she is ready to marry you. Women that do this are great at making you feel like you are the only man for them. Yet in reality they are speaking to others.
The more guys they can talk to at one time the more potential for making money.
Ask yourself this question. If you met someone for the first time here in the USA and she started to tell you within the first few days of meeting you that she loved you, would you feel comfortable? Most people would say no. So why would someone from another country make you feel any different? You have not met her and you do not really know her true intentions.
If the girl wants to come visit you in the USA and requests help, that is a major red flag. Everyone that lives in Russia or the old Soviet Republics knows it is not possible to come to the USA as a visitor. All she wants is for you to send her the money to pay for a visa that does not exist. She gets the money and you get scammed. If you arent sure, pick up the phone and call the USCIS 1-800-375-5283.
Just a side note: I tried this myself when I was dating my Ukrainian Fiance. I tried to get her a B-2 tourist visa and was immediately denied. I worked hard on preparing the visa documents and sent all the right information. Yet, she was still denied. So dont try it, it is a waste of your time and money.
If the girl you are talking to starts to mention the need for money in any form. It is time to walk away. Ninety-nine percent of the time, she is a scammer. Best thing to do is tell her you dont want to talk about money so soon and see what happens. Most of the time the girl will disappear or she will start communicating sporadically. Since you are no longer the catch of the day, she will move on to easier prey.
Keep in mind that the girl in the picture is not really her. Most of the time, the picture is of an actress or model. Sometimes that person behind the picture can be a guy.
These people have a very limited time to get as much money out of you as possible before you find out about them or before someone else reports them.
What happens after you send them money? They completely disappear. You never hear from them and you will never see your money again. No one will investigate your claims and no one will care. The typical method of sending money is through Western Union. All these scammers know the ins and outs of Western Union.
It is a hard life where these girls come from and corruption is wide spread.
Now these girls are really good at what they do. They will have a story for all your questions. Dont think it will be easy to catch them at their game. Some will even call you multiple times a week to convince you they are real.
So you might be asking how I know she is not a scammer. The best way to know this is to meet your fiance a number of times before trusting her. Dont give out personal information to her or send her money until you feel comfortable with her. If she is showing some of the scammer traits then stop and really think about who this person is to you. Now there is a possibility that she might be legitimate. In my next article I will show you how to tell if she is real or a scammer.
