Body Language: Female Courtship Gestures
All mankind, all women, and all men, employ certain basic preening manoeuvres, like touching their hair, adjusting their clothing, placing their hands on their hips, pointing their body towards the male, prolonging an intimate gaze, making increased eye contact etc. All these signals tend to say that the woman is ready for some kind of non-physical relationship or maybe just a conversation. But there are some exceptions yo this: for instance, some people pull their hair, which sometimes indicates previous child abuse, or physical abuse, because it is a sign of nerves.
